NTX Window Coverings is an independent referral service that helps North Texas homeowners explore window treatments and connect with participating independent providers. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it and who we share it with.

Information you give us

When you submit our consultation request form, we collect:

Your first and last name, phone number and email address
Your ZIP code
The window treatment you're interested in, plus any follow-up answers (such as shutter material, number of windows or shade location)
Anything you write in the Project Details box
The page you submitted the form from

We do not ask for your street address or payment information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to run and secure the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Who we share it with

Participating Local Professionals

When you submit a request, you agree that your information may be shared with participating independent window-treatment providers, who may contact you about your project. Once a provider has your information, their own privacy practices apply. They are separate businesses, and we do not control how they use it.

Service providers

We use service providers to host this website and receive form submissions (for example, our website host, Netlify). They process information on our behalf.

When required by law

We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell or lease your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request information for as long as needed to handle your request and keep reasonable business records, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. To stop hearing from a provider who has already contacted you, please contact that provider directly as well.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
